Labels:text | font | screenshot | black and white OCR: ACCESS In the English language, sentences are composed of many parts, such as verbs, nouns, prepositions, and articles. Similarly, the ACCESS language has its specific components. Each ACCESS senfence begins with a verb followed by the name of a file. A valid ACCESS sentence would then be: "LIST CUSTOMERS", where LIST is the verb and CUSTOMERS is the filename. This would result in a listing of all the items found in the file CUSTOMERS. Similarly, "SORT CUSTOMERS" would be a valid ACCESS sentence producing a listing of all items found in the file CUSTOMERS but sorted by the file key, (numerical if the customers are assigned numbers.)
